R. D. Harishchandra retired as the principal of the prestigious Malhar Ashram Junior College in 2004. He brings with him excellent management, leadership and administration process development experience of over 40 years. He has Masters Degree in Chemistry. He has adorned the chair of the Block Education Officer where he successfully led team of about 1500 smart and highly educated professionals. He has been appreciated by public in general, his subordinates, colleagues and the administrative authorities throughout his career for his extraordinary services and wisdom.

He has been awarded many excellence awards. Notably, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) highly appreciated his leadership and services in successfully implementing Teachers Empowerment Project of the UNICEF. Mr. R.D. Harishchandra was recognized for his services when he became the first and the only person whom the Government of the State of Madhya Pradesh requested to continue his services for an extended period of time after his retirement.

Himangshu is Managing Director of an ISO9001 /ISO14001 organization which is recognized as an R&D house by DSIR and has state-of –the art manufacturing facilities. He is an avid inventor, with many patents and over 35 years of industry experience under his belt. He graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Delhi) and established the first computer centre imported from Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), USA in Delhi in the year 1980 and got involved in data processing and software development. Since then he incubated, nurtured and established many successful business ventures in areas of Inverters, Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems, and the highly Energy Efficient LED based Lighting systems.

Himangshu is on the board of many organizations, is the President of IIT Delhi Alumni Association, the Vice-President of the Chamber of Industries of Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon and besides being a Fellow of the Indian Society of Lighting Engineers is also the Treasurer of their Delhi Chapter. He has travelled the World and has a special interest in Homeopathy and non-conventional health care.

Kevin is an excellent strategy and licensing attorney. Kevin has over 20+ years of experience in the innovation management. Kevin has a J. D. Degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Kevin has worked as Senior Licensing Counsel for Philips Electronics, San Jose and lead licensing projects as an expert. He has an extensive experience in semiconductors, optical storage, consumer electronics patents licensing. Kevin is licensed to practice at the US Patent and Trademark Office and in the State of California. At ProdyoVidhi, Kevin focuses on complex licensing, negotiations and US prosecution matters.

Dr. Ramani Raju, has excellent academic and professional records. She has obtained JD and LLM from Prestigious Franklin Pierce Law Center USA. Her Ph.D is in Chemical Engineering from the esteemed Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc) Bangalore. She has worked with top corporations and law firm such as Philips Electronics, General Electric (GE), Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner. She has extensive experience in handling complex patent matters in the technology fields relating to Bio-chemical, Bio-technology, Bio-medical, Chemical Renewal-able energy etc. Dr. Raju has advanced knowledge of strategic portfolio development technology licensing and patent assertion. Dr. Raju, has a number of patents of her own. At ProdyoVidhi, Dr. Raju actively stirs decision making process by the Directors. Time and time again Dr. Raju has been recognized by various organizations for her social works and pro-bono activities. Dr. Raju also holds a position with Intellectual Ventures as Assistant Director.

Pradeep is in the business of managing Intellectual Property (IP) rights since 2001. Pradeep focuses on innovation management and business development around IP. He obtained Masters Degree in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA. Pradeep has a Masters Degree in Instrument Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He also has a Masters Degree in Physics. Pradeep has worked in Europe, North America, and Asia and has gained extensive exposure to international market strategies and IP practices. Pradeep has passed the USPTO patent agent exam and is registered to practice at the Indian Patent Office. Pradeep has helped his clients develop cutting edge patent portfolio using TRIZ solution and other creative problem-solving solutions. He has handled matters for IBM, STMicroelectronics, Philips Electronics, Texas Instrumentation, Avaya, and other leading multinational companies. Pradeep has successfully developed patent assertion, IP valuation, freedom to operate, and licensing strategies. Pradeep actively participates in IP awareness programs and conferences as a speaker. Pradeep has entered into an agreement with NIIT to author a technical book titled “Electronic Devices and Circuits”. Pradeep is multi-lingual and is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali and he has an intermediate understanding of Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Telugu, and Kannada. He plays Flute (Indian Classical) and has personally been blessed by the Maestro pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia. Drama is one of his hobbies; he has acted in many plays in New Jersey US and India. Pradeep has developed IP training and educational programs for Managers, Engineers, and Lawyers. At ProdyoVidhi, Pradeep is in charge of overall operations and he focuses on patents and business intelligence teams.

Mr. Yadav, is a seasoned Attorney. He has over 20 years of experience in Litigation and Prosecution of Trademark and Copyright matters. He is registered to Practice at High Court of Madhya Pradesh. He obtained law Degree from Gujarati College Indore in 1990.

Diligence and consistency are the characteristics of Dr. Kanan and hard workand honesty are the by-products of her characteristics.
Dr. Kanan has worked as Research Fellow at the prestigious Agharkar Research Institute, Pune to obtain her Ph.D. She has a number of National and International publications and a number of patent/patent applications of her own credit. She has written and presented both scientific as well as Intellectual Property (IP) related papers. She has received many national awards, fellowships and scholarships. National scholarship for meritorious candidates 1986, prestigious fellowships and awards of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) are to name a few. Her latest achievement is award of Post Doctoral Fellowship. She has worked as honorary Patent Agent for North Maharashtra University Jalgaon and an IP Consultant. Dr. Kanan is a regular speaker in various conferences and seminars.

Dr. Kanan Advises ProdyoVidhi’s clients on some of the most complex and difficult technical, Scientific and IP related issues.

Preeti obtained her Masters Degree in Life Sciences in 1997. Intellectually apt Preeti did her research work on in-vitro fertilization.

Early years of career made her realize importance of Intellectual Property Rights. She started to work on popularization of Science and Intellectual Property amongst youth. She used Science Journalism, science congress and exhibitions etc. as tools to bring science and intellectual property rights awareness to masses. Her passion drove her to obtained Masters of Technology in Science Journalism and Mass Communication. She produced many radio and TV programs for All India Radio and Audio Visual Research Center (AVRC).

Preeti believes proper intellectual property protection would greatly incentivize popularization of Sciences. Preeti’s interest is to assist IP team of life sciences, Biotech and pharmaceuticaltechnologies and lead publications and communication teams.

Preeti is committed to work with and for the children of special needs and actively organizes for their support.

Amirdha is practicing patents for about 5 years. She obtained Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Bangalore. Amirdha is registered, as patent agent, to practice at the Indian Patent office. Amirdha has a wide-ranging experience in drafting, prosecuting and patent searching experience. She is an expert in dealing with procedural details at WIPO and different patent offices across many countries. As an Engineer, Amirdha has worked many cutting edge technologies, to name a few: Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) Signaling; and Video and Audio Decoder at Satellite Internet Protocol Router. At ProdyoVidhi, Amirdha leads team dealing with Electrical and Telecommunication.

Amit is a Chartered Accountant (CA). His is in the profession since 2001. He brings with him expertise in Intellectual Property Rights transactions, tax and accounts audition. At ProdyoVidhi, Amit deals with mergers and acquisitions and related IP issues and Financial planning, cost forecasting, strategy development and government compliance are Amit’s focus and interest areas.

Narendra brings with him extra-ordinary abilities of internet marketing. He is in the business of internet marketing since 2006. He is a passionate professional specializing in digital media and web presence. Narendra has developed many innovative marketing solutions and tools. His frantic, ground-breaking and aggressive approach towards looking after our client’s interests allows him to offer value added solutions.
